At Atlas, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

  • Digital goods or gift cards

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at radiantfitness@outlook.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless product is faulty or damaged).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us with photos and we’ll resolve the issue ASAP.
